1981 Honda CB 750

Got this bike from someone who had wrecked it. Planned on restoring it myself but simply no longer have the time or money. From what I could see, the instrument panel, left mirror, left rear blinker, clutch lever, and the exhaust are damaged. The electrical turns on, but the bike doesn't turn over. Has 40,000 miles on it.
