2020 Yetti 21' Ice House RV Edition

21'ft w/4ft V, aluminum frame, dual axle, hydraulics all around w/rechargeable remotes, spare tire w/cover, solar panel charging system, 2-30lb propane tanks, happy jack bunk in rear w/reg queen mattress, both rear and front couches fold down to full sized beds, 1 single bunk (above front couch), both couches have fold down centers with tray and cup holders, TV hook-ups with sound bar and surround sound, DVD/CD/Radio system, electric fireplace w/remote, ceiling fan, 6 fishing holes w/adjustable hole lights, exhaust fan in bathroom w/remote (manual or remote), gray/black water holding tank w/drain hose, fresh water holding tank, city water hook up, A/C unit, propane forced heating, both A/C and Heat run off digital thermostat, 2 tables with removable posts for front and back couch area, 2 Yetti brand bar stools, electric awning, sliding pocket screen door, full sized RV electric fridge, microwave, 3 burner stove top w/oven. Everything works great! We lived in this for 135 days while waiting for our new house was being built (September 2021-January 2022). This Ice house/RV surpassed our expectations even in the brutally cold winter that year. It was very comfortable and fully functional for everything! We custom ordered this in 2019 and are the original and only owner. Why spend money on a camper and an Ice house when you can have it all in one? We are only getting rid of it as we've become too busy to enjoy it. Would be ideal for a family looking for adventure in all 4 seasons.
