Job Type: Full-time/Part time 1st and 2nd shift working every other weekend.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting

Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders

Implement goal-oriented support plans to help individuals achieve their maximum potential

Facilitate community integration activities and social outings

Document and report on individual progress and any concerns to the supervising team

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in direct support roles preferred but not required

High School diploma or GED

Must be 18 years or older

Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Basic math and computer skills

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals with disabilities

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
