We offer private entrances, large balconies, oak cabinets throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, washer and dryer in the unit along with heat and water paid. Our 24hr emergency maintenance staff is available. Snow removal is also included.

We require a $40.00 non-refundable payment for our credit and criminal background check. A minimum credit score of 600 is also required.
