The space

Our building is family friendly surrounded by tropical wildlife. You can watch dolphins from our pier or your 4th floor balcony, watch egrets, pelicans, ospreys & wild green parrots as they land in our yard or perch on top the sailboats, or just take in the bushy green palm trees and flowering Plumeria trees.

This one bedroom condo has curtained french doors for your privacy.

Balcony off livingroom/kitchen area. Top floor, awesome views with windows facing east, best for sunrise viewing. Glass table on balcony with 4 chairs. Have a seat & watch the sunrise.

Shower stall has a built-in corner seat with glass doors, shower wand with extended hose & 5 different jet settings.

Brand new 32-inch ROKU TV to watch your Netflix account or catch up with some local programming. Blu-Ray player with an assortment of DVDs from children to family to action/drama. Free secured WiFi.

Guest access

You will have the entire condo to yourself. The community laundry room is on the 4th floor, you will have a key for it in your condo.
