1992 Subaru Sambar mini truck

Starts and drives but has low power, runs better when warm. I believe its a carburetor issue or a faulty sensor in the carburetor.

I bought it non running. Rebuilt motor and put in new points, rotor, cap, coil, wires, plugs, vacuum lines and fuel pump.
