Solid construction, 6 solid chairs in very good condition, cushions like new. Sits 8 comfortably with 18 inch removable leaf. Table without leaf is 70 inches long, 42 inches wide, 30 inch high. Extends easily to 88 inches. Tabletop with some minor wear and some chips shown in photo but still looks pretty good overall. Rich distressed oak finish, originally from Ashley Furniture Store.
