We purchased this property with intentions of semiretirement in the beautiful Rockies of Montana. This property is above Divide Montana which is located by Butte. The property does have access from Butte by vehicle in summer and snowmobile in winter. The road into the property is built and theres a nice flat build site pulled down. Theres also access on state land within a short hike to the property

The elk and mule deer hunting is incredible, there are no bear however in this area. We are selling both the mineral rights and mining claim with the property. The reason the property is for sale, we are moving ourselves and business to East Tennessee, we will be living in the Appalachian mountains, and though its not the Rockies, it is where God has chosen for us.
