ISO Gelding

Looking for a horse for ranch work and trail riding in eastern MT. My current horse has navicular issues and is more of a lawn mower than a ranch horse these days. Preferably a gelding no older than 15 years, but other than that not picky on height, color, breed, etc. Grade is fine, green broke is okay with a good start on them, but not looking for anything dangerous, so no major bucking, rearing, biting. Just need something sound, stays sound, and sane!
