Farm worker

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tractor Operator and Mechanic to join our farm. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating various types of tractors and equipment for agricultural. We have a farm with new shop and modern equipment. Hours can be flexible . Wage is dependent on experience

Duties

Operate tractors for various tasks included planting, spraying, digging, harvesting

Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Proven experience as a Tractor Operator and mechanic or in a similar role within agriculture

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment.

Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively in various weather conditions.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work.

Valid driver's license;

wage dependent on experience
