2012 Keystone Passport Ultra Lite Grand Touring 3220BH

Bought new, hardly used last handful of years. New tires a few years ago, sway control hitch, new battery last year, everything works. Have new fender just not installed, awnings have holes at roofline but I have vinyl tape for it, main slide sticks once in a while but is fine, had rugby homes fix it a few years ago so theres that. Never lived in fyi. Books over 16k, priced considering condition.
